I am liking this product. Needed replacement under warranty because of defective product. I was aware of this defective issue from other people's review. I took a leap of faith anyway and yes the product was seriously defective. Couldn't place my ipad into it even trying for roughly 3 hours by myself. Then roommate tried to help both failed. Replaced product is better than originally purchased. But also replaced product have issue with the area of bottoms speakers and charging port. doesn't fully clasp full area and leaves a shiny area of edge but the grip is strong and device not falling off while picking up. but the charging port area is bit tricky. takes two hands to plug in the device. I am satisfied with my purchase because of fantastic customer service, warranty replacement, no hassle from my side just descriptions, photos/ videos, rapid response in reasonable time period, moreover, lighter than other rugged protective case such as zugu and does provide cooling temperature inside of case as claimed not as zugu also i tried esr hybrid case and i have stands and sleeve too. finally i am not thinking of changing case any more nor i am looking. i got what i want = light, easy to hold and strong grip, feels good in tactile sensation, importantly device temp management while playing heavy games at least 30 mins.😃😃😃

Amazing product. Best protective case I've ever bought for my iPad. The quality of the product speaks for itself. Love the extra cushion on the edges. It's not bulky or super heavy. With the portfolio style case it protects my Apple Pencil very nicely because the material folds over the Pencil and protects it. It's securely in there and I never have to worry about losing it, or it falling out. And it allows the Apple Pencil to charge. All the cut-outs are precise. I feel very comfortable that if I ever did drop my iPad, that it would be safe because of the military-grade protection. The only thing that I wasn't thrilled with was that they charged me $10 for shipping, even though their website promises “Free Worldwide Shipping.” I live in Canada. Canada is a big place, so you actually DON'T offer “Free Worldwide Shipping.” I know it's ‘only' $10, but their cases aren't cheap to start with. But you are definitely paying for the quality. I just don't like it when they falsely promote something. Other than that, I am thrilled with my purchase. I would highly suggest UAG to anyone that's worried about their device, and trying to find a protective case.
