So I recently got incredibly sick with bacterial bronchitis and I was coughing nonstop. An unfortunate side effect of this illness was that I would experience incontinence when I would cough. I think the item is a little pricey, but since they are a name brand, I am willing to pay a little more. I had not worn briefs until I had a stay in the hospital, and I have used them periodically since. I haven't experienced leaks while wearing the briefs.

I'm sure this is a good product for many. In our case it is not. usually 2x is a good fit when bought of any other brand. But trying Depends brand here, they seeem like they are 1 or 2 sizes too small. The sizing is way off from the description, in my opinion.
