Correct dosage for me

I didn't realize I was taking an almost triple dose of these vitamins using another brand. And I was taking it daily! From google regarding Vit D3: it's a fat-soluble vitamin, meaning your body stores it in fat tissue and the liver, rather than flushing it out like water-soluble vitamins (like C or B) in urine; excessive intake can lead to buildup and toxicity (hypercalcemia), causing issues like fatigue, kidney stones, and confusion This brand offers a gummy supplement that is within healthy guidelines for me. I must share it was hard to find the right dosage. I'm trying to focus on my health and this correction from overdose levels is a good beginning, I believe.

I was recommended to take K2 and D3 to convert the high calcium in my blood to send the calcium into my bones instead of staying in my blood. I don't really like taking pills, and I saw these and I will continue to order them! THEY ARE DELICIOUS!!! The only thing I would change is that there are more gummies than 30 in a bottle!!!
