IMUSA 9in Carbon Steel Nonstick Round Comal with Metal Handles, Black

I received this 9 inch pan for free for an honest review of the product. I used it to make a quesadilla and used 8 inch flour tortilla. I oiled the pan first because I prefer crispy quesadillas. I added cheese and tomatoes and had some avocado on the side. I will say it heated up quickly and seemed to disperse an even heat. The pan is nonstick and performed nicely. It slid right off the pan which was great. No worries on anything sticking to the pan. It has handles which is nice but they did get a bit warm so I had to use a hot pad to remove it from the burner. Overall I consider it the perfect size for a small quesadilla and a quick meal for one. I would recommend it for small quick meals and was most impressed by the quality of the nonstick surface. I would definitely buy another one in a bigger size to feed more people at a time. I only made quesadillas on it but will try making some fried eggs on it since I liked the fact it was nonstick. May even make the eggs first then add them into the tortillas for a breakfast quesadilla!

I like that this comal doesn't weigh much and is small. Doesn't take much storage and fits anywhere! Heats up fast so be careful with how high the flame is. It's very efficient in heating up tortillas and making pancakes, even mini crepes. Overall, a great comal to have on hand.
