Flahavan's Jumbo Oat Flakes are made when the oat kernel is steamed and then rolled flat to make Jumbo Oat Flakes. They are a larger oat flake and are ideally suited to being prepared as a delicious textured porridge or as a cereal ingredient in muesli. Jumbo Oat Flakes can also be added as an ingredient to many food recipes. Oats are a source of wholegrain goodness that are high in fiber and naturally low in sugar, salt and saturated fat. Oats are also a source of protein and iron.
