I love the Ecolution pans! I usually order the Evolve and it was damaged upon delivery so Fed Ex took it back with them. So then Evolve was out if stock so I ordered the Artistry pan. It's exactly like the Evolve! So if in doubt go ahead and order this series. Love it just as well as the Evolve!
