If you've been missing the old soft-baked Nantucket cookies, give these guys a try! These are definitely a different recipe, but I think it's a vast improvement and I absolutely love them! My one complaint is that the sea salt crystals tend to be large and noticeable; this can be downright uncomfortable when you're chewing what should be a soft cookie. Still definitely worth it, just be prepared.
