Looks exactly like the picture. Easy to use lighted control panel on the top and the suction on the highest level is great. The sound level is noticeably louder when on high but pretty quiet in the other lower settings.

Ease of use, quickly improves air quality

I purchased one Bionaire in October of 2024 and just now a second one. I like the UV function which kills bacteria, its ease of use and the handle, which makes it easy to move to various locations. The air filter is easy to replace and the display panel is lit, so you can set it easily even in the dark. I have run the unit I purchased in October 2024, non stop for almost 12 months and have had no problems. Putting it right next to the bed with a night mode setting produces fresh air with just a bit of white noise. The only negative is the absence of a remote control

We bought this during a trip when the kids had the sniffles. It was the only one we found that had the UV feature. It seemed to do the job. However we are not sure about the range of protection and we are concerned about the cost of replacement filters.
