Delicious and nutritious
Love the Bolts. Love the Meal bars as well. I take them backpacking. Always. I usually have a bolt with breakfast for morning energy and a bar at some point in the day. I like a lot of the flavors. Everybody probably likes different things so I canx27;t recommend one over the other. I also eat them in my normal exercise life. I eat them out of backpacking as well. Excellent service. Quick delivery.

Always pack before hitting the mountain bike trails. If feeling sluggish, the bolt is a great replenishment. They can be on quot;chewy sidequot;, less so in warm weather. All the bolt flavors are great, just right amount of flavor.
