This is an excellent de-tangler. Whether it really protects my hair from the heat of the hairdryer and hot iron, who knows? There's not real way to test that. But it's not greasy and doesn't need to be rinsed out. I've been using it for years and like it. (And my cat loves the smell of it in my hair).

1000% yes! removes tangles right away, great as a heat protectant, makes your hair light and bouncy, adds shine. Just know a little goes a long way. i have medium fine long hair and actually dilute it in another spray bottle with water. literally last me 18 months. Winning! Remember to use sparingly until you find out the right ammount for you. I do not use on top of my head, makes it a bit flat. when you brush it in ( don't miss this step) you will incorporate some of the product from your brush to the top of head. Wash brushes frequently and feel free to use a styling product on top of this as well. Sometimes I do or wait to do that the next day. I think the biggest mistake ppl make with hair products isnot using them correctly. Good Luck!
