Reliable Brand, Effective, High Quality Psyllium

This is such a reliable brand. I trust it for herbs, black peppercorns, etc. I add a tablespoon or two of this psyllium husk in all my baked goods and pancakes - it fluffs my pancakes, muffins and cakes really well as well as provides a healthy dose of fiber. I also mix 1 teaspoon with water on other days just to ensure I get fiber in my diet. This is very effective! If you have it with water, be sure to drink it very quickly as it turns into a gel quickly. Be sure to have lots of water with it too. I will continue buying this brand. thank you Walmart for delivering it home.
