I use this as a part of a treat that I enjoy daily. I use this in combination with a bowl of frozen fruits, I pour this over the frozen fruits to create a very indulgent chocolate covered dessert that tricks my gluttony into thinking its getting what it wants even when the reality is it is getting a healthy meal not some sugary empty dessert.
