It's good as alot of the producs from natures . . But for some reason not much of a male flavor for some reason? Could be from the bundle being left on my door step in the very cold weather then bringing it in the house still like it though ,I'm sure it'll taste like malplesoon enough.

I thoroughly enjoy the taste and variety of textures in this Sunrise Cereal. I am on the FODMAP diet (no gluten, low sugar) and have found this cereal fits into the diet very well. Unlike so many gluten free products, the sugar content is relatively low.
