Well made harness that fits good

Great little harness that fits my little dog perfectly. She is a 8.5 pound Chihuahua with a 9.5” neck and 15.5” chest. She can squirm out of it if I don't get it tight enough, so I have to make sure I get it fastened tight enough. She doesn't like wearing it, but not the fault of the harness. It's a pretty pink and very sturdy.
