Good value, beautiful color and energy saver
This is my 4th pot/pan from Crock Pot brand. I think it's a good value and the colors they offer are beautiful. Electricity is expensive in CA and these are designed to use low heat and retain heat so you use less electricity. They clean up beautifully with a non stick scrubber, Dawn and vinegar to get the tough stains out. I have a Lodge 5 qt Dutch oven and you can't cook high acid food or it will damage the finish. I made apricot jam in the Lodge and it stained the exterior, bummer. These pots and pans don't have those restrictions. This 5 qt braiser pan is a good value and I highly recommend it.
