Organic 7 Grain Cereal Cooking Directions: Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add 7 Grain Cereal and a pinch of salt. Turn off heat, cover, and let stand for 35-45 minutes until the water is absorbed. *For faster cooking results, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes stirring frequently. Serves 2.
