Have used this for years.

I mix this with Crystal Lite, 2 oz of Aloe Juice to 1 glass of Crystal Lite (Strawberry,Orange, Banana is the best). I drink this every morning, and have no digestive issues. When I told my doctor what I had done (I used to have stomach pain and heartburn), he told me that Aloe Vera juice is good for the digestive system and is healing if you have IBS, ulcers, etc. He was totally in agreement with my self treatment. I use this daily, but I've only used this product for a short time. I wanted to try this after reading about the health benefits of aloe. I don't expect over night results but I'm hoping for long term benefits from the use. The flavor is slightly bitter so I recommend mixing it in with, tea, juice or beverage of choice.
