I mix this with Crystal Lite, 2 oz of Aloe Juice to 1 glass of Crystal Lite (Strawberry,Orange, Banana is the best). I drink this every morning, and have no digestive issues. When I told my doctor what I had done (I used to have stomach pain and heartburn), he told me that Aloe Vera juice is good for the digestive system and is healing if you have IBS, ulcers, etc. He was totally in agreement with my self treatment.
