Inulin- Nature's Pre-prebiotic
I started taking chicory root a couple years ago bc of the inulin content (not to be confused with insulin!) to see if it would help with my constant heartburn. Everything in the world was giving me heartburn, even bread and water. After 40, my system started backing up: not “going” every day. Started with 1, 2x a day, and after a couple months, I saw such a huge difference! Started “going” every day again. I cut down to 1 a day, then 1 every other day. The heartburn has been practically non-existent! Love love LOVE this product!
