Why offer subscription when can't deliver

It is too bad it wasn't included in my regular subscription order and I had to order it for the afternoon delivery instead of getting it first thing in the morning. It makes me think that the shopper was lazy and didn't include it with my regular subscription order. Why do you offer subscription and not deliver in the morning but have it available a few hours later?

I have to say that this dog food is wonderful! I have an 11 year old Teacup yorkie who is very picky eater, but I had seen a few commercials about this food that was made farm fresh food. So I went to the grocery store and found it in a refrigerator so I knew it was fresh. I bought it and went back to where I live only gave her a small amount to see if she was going to like it? She gobbled it all up and that's what she gets twice a day. So if you were wondering about this food don't it's wonderful! Thanks for reading Anne
