These are very hard to find from anywhere especially at this price it wasn't in stock like always but it was delivered at no extra charge the next day as part of my grocery order so I got my delivery and this was shipped next day so I was happy I will be using Walmart as my go to on these from now on especially if they get delivered/shipped to me next day for free

These are addicting. As someone who has zero self control, these didn't last as long as I had hoped (though, I'll use my pregnancy as an excuse for this 😉) they're high in protein and fiber which is a huge plus but they're also high in alcohol sugar so be aware of that! They are pricey in my opinion for the amount of bars you get but they're also worth it!

Great for diabetics

It's hard to find a good breakfast meal that isn't loaded with carbs as a diabetic. At the suggestion of my PC Doctor at the time, I tried these bars. They're simply marvelous. Flavor rich enough you feel guilty you are cheating on your dietary restrictions! But they are low in net carbs, and being high in fiber, they keep you feeling full for hours. These bars are directly responsible for my A1C being lower than 6 for the first time in 6 years!
