MaryRuth Liquid Morning Multivitamin, Raspberry, 15.22 fl oz, Vegan, Adults and Kids General Health and Wellness

Since my babies don't eat well balanced diets consistently, I decided to try a vitamin for them. After researching multiple aspects, including use of safe ingredients I settled upon the MaryRuth brand. I have been extremely impressed. My preemie born toddler who usually is sick from any pathogen exposure has only been sick once since we started these vitamins several months ago. My son, who usually misses school from picking up germs hasn't missed a day of school since we started the MaryRuth vitamins and neither have I!! . I'm not kidding! You must try these for yourself!! I usually mix it into their orange juice at breakfast time. I love them so much I've ordered other products from their line.

It's not my favorite flavor but on par with other liquid multivitamins. I tried a few as I really wanted to avoid all the pills. It's thick and needs a good shake, but it's one quick swallow and not horrible at all. It is the best one I have found to help with my nail strength. And my energy levels have been doing a lot better. Although I do still take iron w/vitamin C and occasionally some vitamin B or D, I feel that the improvement is down to this wonderful supplement. So pleased that I tried it, and it's good value compared to the others on the market, and this is the best retail seller that I have found. It's my third time purchasing, I wish there was a discount for subscription. But still very worth it.
