As someone who has been diagnosed with HBP, I am grateful that this product exists. It does what is designed to do,alleviate the symptoms of cold/flu w/o the risk of raising your blood pressure. Let me tell you, this formula does a great job of reducing cough, breaking up phlegm and soothing sore throat. Purchase at least one so that it is available, hopefully you won't need it.
