i have purchased these twice and they make great chicken/sausage biscuits. i cook them in advance and mke up the sandwiches and freeze them. makes a great quick breakfast. In case you need to know the quantity, the package says approx 14, but both bags i have purchased had 13. That is no probpem for me because they are very good.

Excellent Sausage

Since disovering these a few years ago, I've kept them in the freezer. I didn't think I'd like them so much. I was just trying to eat healthier. Now, I like these much better than pork sausage. I love the slight sweet and savory combination. They make a great breakfast sandwich with my homemade bagels.

I don't eat pork so I needed a sausage to replace pork. I eat turkey sausage but I tried this brand when it was a smaller package and feel in love with them. When Walmart stop selling the small amount to started buying these cause I like the taste. It's high in price not going to lie, it's pretty much $1 per patty but I'm willing to pay that amount. I did find the small pack at Amazon fresh but if I can't get it from Amazon I get it here.
