EPIC Wagyu Beef Steak Strip, Grass-Fed, 0.8oz

I was intrigued to try this wagyu beef meat strip and compare it to other beef meat sticks. It is not actually a whole strip of wagyu beef, it is a “ground and formed meat strip” as stated on the packaging. Despite an oily feel left on the lips, the texture of the strip is not soft/mushy/moist, it is dense and rough in bite. It has simple ingredients and I can taste each of the four seasonings, not too salty, a bit sweet from the honey, a little kick from the black pepper and garlic powder. It also has a bit of smokiness. The packaging is a bit difficult and not as convenient. There are flaps on one end but they are difficult to pull apart, so I had to use scissors to cut below the sealed part. I make the mistake of sticking my fingers in and touching the oil or honey inside, next time I will blow into the opening and push from the bottom to get the strip out.
