Fresh and crispy, full flavor

This is my hyper fixation salad right now. I had heard of green Goddess salad dressing before but wasn’t too familiar with it. It’s earthy and flavorful like dancing in an herb garden. I love that these are individual packs so I can open one up for my lunch without leftovers. Great crunch, freshness and full flavor. For dinner I like to have them as a side to my main entre. It’s also cheaper than those other single serve salads just that this one comes in a bag.

The mini salads are a great choice for me, but I am limited because I have a dairy allergy. I use a dressing I whip up myself. But lately, I find the green goddess blend the most enjoyable. I mix in some shredded chicken or a pouch off tuna and am satisfied all afternoon.

I absolutely love these mini salads. This salad comes with a creamy pesto sauce which is really good and with croutons. I added some Catalina dressing to mine cause I like a little sweetness. I would highly recommend using your own type of you like I'd you don't like pesto sauce cause it is very intense flavor to get use to. But overall the salad is really good. It's just the right amount to get you full but not feel like you have over eaten. It's also easy to prep, I just used the bag a bowl. 10/10 Highly recommend
