I have used this product for many years. The orange flavor tastes better to me, but my family likes the raspberry lemon. It is easy to use. I mix the powder into a small amount of warm water in a large glass because it will fizz a lot. My husband uses only cold water, very little fizz. This is an easy, effective, and more natural way to keep bowels working well. It is free of gluten, sugar and artificial color.

Such a help if you struggle with irregularity! Also helpful if taking a handful of vitamins, as juice (or anything with flavor, if I understand correctly), helps in opening up your throat, to make getting a bunch down a much nicer experience. I haven't had issues with pills getting stuck in my throat in other words. Pleasant taste. Nice warm evening drink. Powder dissolves easily with a few stirs in warm water, of on its own if one is more patient. Just be prepared for some good fizz and leave plenty of space to prevent comic overflows!
