I like that this 2-piece fryer basket is the perfect size for my E.L.360 dual oven air fryer. I have tried and tried to get accessories to fit this oven when i wanted to use it as a large oven over the "dual" smaller oven. I discovered thqt Emeril Lagasse's site -- or ANYwhere for that matter -- do not sell this item! Ypu can only get these items if you buy his oven with all the extra accessories, which makes zero sense. I wanted all the accessories, but they weren't offered when i bought my oven 2 years ago. Before, yes...After, yes, not offered when I got mine. It only had stuff for the "dual" part. It came with a large rack and baking/roasting pan, but no large basket for those larger crowds...that sucks. I digress! This 2-piece fry basket and pan, fit nicely. I still must use my rack underneath, because they don't make ones for the specifications for use with the side slots to hold the trays. Regardless, this baskit is large, with nice 2" sidewalls and I am thrilled to finally have it. It's stainless steel, so recommend placing a parchment sheet under the basket feet on holding tray to keep burnt stuff from happening and marring it's surface. If you've experienced MY frustration trying to locate authentic Emeril Lagasse accessories -- stop wasting your time, i searched 2 years, wrote company numerous times (no response BTW), just buy this!
