Detroit Axle - FWD 8pc Brake Kit for 2012-2016 Honda CR-V, Disc Brake Rotors Ceramic Brakes Pads Replacement : 11.81" inch Front Rotor and 11.99" inch Rear Rotor

Ordered front and back brakes and rotors for my car and none of the front parts fit my car. VIN number and car model/make was provided upon purchasing. Long story short, I tried to reach out to get a refund for half or a replacement option so I can send back the parts that did not fit, and i was told they couldn't do anything after i spent almost $200 total. Therefore, lost out on about $100 since the parts are garbage to me bc they dont fit. Whoever emailed me back "Maddie" was rude and useless. I say this because I was nice and thorough with my initial email. I was asked to check what parts i received. The part %23s they provided to confirm, did not match what i replied after checking. THEN told they couldn't help me because my order was out of it's refund or exchange time. If that was the case then why ask what parts i received? And their info didn't match. Suspicious. It's disappointing spending a large amount of money and not being helped to get a fair solution, which by the way didn't even have to be a refund because i actually just need the parts for my car and was very specific about needing the parts, not money. Never shopping here again. Don't do it because if you get the wrong parts, don't expect a solution.
