My Favorite Conditioner

I have fine thin hair and I use this along with the volupt shampoo to boost my volume. It does not weigh my hair down or make it too soft and lifeless. We have hard water and this is my go to conditioner. When we lived somewhere with soft water I switched to biolage. Now that we have hard water again, I am back to the volupt. Great value and you don't have to worry about waiting for the sales at other stores.
