Biofreeze Pain Relief Patches, Back Knee Muscle Joint Arthritis Pain Relievers, Menthol, 12 Count

I had been using Salonpas patches, but they don't stick well to the knee joint. These not only adhere well, but they also last a long time. They are advertised to last up to 8 hours, but I wore mine for longer than a day, and I still experienced pain relief. I have always loved Biofreeze products. I first discovered them years ago when I went to PT, and the therapy office used the gel to ease my muscle pain.

I have suffered with debilitating back, leg and foot pain from 2 back surgeries and numerous injections that left me with permanent nerve damage at 34 years old. I was an elite, professional athlete in my prime and rising at just 20 years old when I suffered an injury that required my first emergency back surgery and I was never the same since. I am now 46 years old and I've tried every medication, every treatment available to me and so on. The ONLY thing that has helped relieve the pain are these patches (and fyi the generic versions don't work half as well and are a waste of money). Bio freeze was not available to the public for purchase until the last several years (my surgeon used to give me the tiny gel packets back in the early aughts). The price may seem a bit high to some at first but trust me... don't waste your time and money on generics. These are miracle workers and I highly HIGHLY recommend.
