Instructions
General directions: Patch Usage Instructions: 1. Remove patch from outer package. 2. Partially peel back protective film. 3. Place on affected area. 4. Remove remaining film while pressing patch to skin. Age group directions: Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older: Clean and dry affected area, partially peel back protective film and apply exposed patch to site of pain. Carefully remove remaining film while pressing patch to skin and leave in place for up to 8 hours. Use on affected areas not more than 4 times daily. Wash hands with cool water after use. Children Under 12 Years of Age: Consult physician.

I bought this thinking it really wouldn't work on my terrible back pain. I don't like taking pain relievers all the time and this fits the bill. It really works! My new favorite thing and I even carry one in my purse for on the go. There's a small odor when you initially put it on but nobody can smell it after that. It goes cold and warm to revive your pain even after many hours. I recently wore it to an all day event and it helped a lot! I highly recommend the patches.

Total Pain Relief for Many Hours
I had been using Salonpas patches, but they don't stick well to the knee joint. These not only adhere well, but they also last a long time. They are advertised to last up to 8 hours, but I wore mine for longer than a day, and I still experienced pain relief. I have always loved Biofreeze products. I first discovered them years ago when I went to PT, and the therapy office used the gel to ease my muscle pain.

I have ordered it several times because I have chronic back pain. The only reason I gave it two fours and not fives It's because it is a little difficult to put on .But, I have ordered it over and over again, so obviously it's not that big of an issue. It gets me through a lot of days where I would have back pain all day long. But, it is a little expensive for me to buy. Overall, I do like the product though and I have recommended to others many times!!!
