this is perfect for any situation at home single married with children old young it doesn't matter you need this. your cat needs a schedule to eat and if you're feeding it dry food never miss that schedule at home or away from home add this and ensure you have an excited cat or kitten every time it drops. Best part about it is I taught my cat how to come to a whistle like a dog because I whistle through the feeder to call her to the food dropping. Yes you heard me right you can program your own voice to call your cat for food. accompanied with her water fountain and her automated litter box this feeder is the only reason I can go on vacation. I'm definitely not paid to say this I bought this one because I'm going to get a second cat and my original kitten loves her bowl so much that she dances for it to drop
