Stopped working after a week!! Bluetooth no show!

My Morejoy M1 wireless headphones worked for about a week and now will not show up on my iPhone for Bluetooth pairing at all!!! I tried holding in the button for 10 seconds to reset the pairing and also held it in for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode but nothing shows up under my Bluetooth!!! I can't even use these now at all! None of my devices will show them up. I also tried charging them for a very long time and still nothing. I tried going to the website that claims they have a warranty but it led me to a page that just said error doesn't exist!!! What a rip off!
