I ordered this smaller size for our queen bed. My husband doesn't like his side heated. I placed in between the sheets and comforter. It warms your bed quickly and is very soft. I was worried that it would to heavy to sleep with, but it is not. I love the auto shut off. I have not washed it yet, but it says it machine washable.
