This tea contains Chamomile without making it the strongest flavor. I personally do not care for the flavor of Chamomile although I realize is has value. The sweet fennel seeds and other ingredients give this tea a pleasant and mild flavor that I love.

Great tea for calm and digestion.
This tea has a nice licorice flavor that tastes very good with honey. It is calming of course but I have found it especially helpful for my digestion after a meal and before bed. My only complaint is that it is getting harder to find, I hope it will still be available in the future.
