Traditional Medicinals, Organic Nettle Leaf Herbal Tea , 16 Tea Bags

I was researching teas for an ongoing respiratory infection with the coughing, shortness of breath etc. This tea came up as a recommendation. I can honestly say this tea works great and I have never had a tea that was so smooth. I like to use 2 tea bags per cup and one tea bag doesn't hit the same but this is creamy, smooth, and makes you feel good. Based on the other reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect with the taste but I don't find it bitter or anything. For context I usually add an individual creamer cup, and one pack of Splenda.

it's supposed to help out with allergies and I mix mine with lemon I got a court little diffuser I put two of the nettle in one of the mint and if it didn't come out strong enough I would put two and two but the one meant with it worked fine and it tastes really good and I think it does help because I used all of mine and I ran out so I got some more good luck if you like it and you think you might need it to help out them allergies
