These are so big! I was told at a running store to pre-cut them. I cut each into 4 pieces and then dipped them into regular sugar so they wouldn’t be so sticky. I divided them up into 3 servings per pack rather than 2. Worked well for me. I use them on longer runs as a little reward to keep going!
