I like Benefiber, I put it in my coffee, and I don't like anything in it just black!!!! And if it makes it teats bad, I wouldn't not use it!!!!

Great fiber supplement

I use Benefiber daily and find it really helps me get the fiber I need. It's slightly pricey compared to the competition, but I believe it is worth the cost. This size lasts a long time and the price is very good at Walmart.
