im on a "try me" adventure. sizes 4, 5, 6 4 regular, serves the purpose of a light tinkle. 6 long, definitely holds a full tinkle, but you do need to get to bathroom, ASAP to change. im trying 5 regular tomorrow and im thinking this will be my choice for around house and 6 for going out ( my just in case choice)

This size is REALLY long, and wider. They are softer and much more comfortable than other brands I've tried, but beware of actual fit to your body type. The photo on packaging sizing for comparison is misleading. Not scented.

Tenas are specifically for urinary incontinence
My OBGYN recommended TENA as it is specifically made for urinary incontinence. I had been using pads that were intended for when you are having your period, and those do NOT absorb the moisture and keep that area dry like the TENA pads do. The TENA pads come in a variety of sizes and absorbency ratings, from light days to very heavy leakage, and I have never had any leaks with them. Because they absorb so well, I no longer have issues with yeast infections.
