Thin is good

Yes, as others mention, the fabric is thin. It is very stretchy and so soft. If you do it right thin is a good thing. Wrap one on the changing pad, place a waterproof liner over it, then layer the second one on top of that with another waterproof liner. If the top one gets soiled just remove it and the pad is already set with the 2nd one. A thicker fabric may not accommodate this "parenting hack" that saves so much frustration and energy especially for mid of the night changes.

Smooth yummy, organic cotton

Quality, smooth yummy feeling organic cotton. Goods construction, stretch and appearance. Not very thick but were ok with that. Wishing it came with a liner.
