Nordic Ware Naturals Aluminum Quarter Sheets, 3 Pack, Silver, 12.1" x 8.8" x 1.1"

I have used NordicWare products for my whole life as a Minnesotan %26 I always recommend NordicWare products. I have multiple sizes %26 designs, as do/did my extended family members. I have so many memories of baking with NordicWare products %26 eating the delicious foods made in them. There were cake mixes for the Bundt pans when I was younger too. Minnesotans love using Minnesota products! I have purchased several of the Quarter Sheet Pans recently (I had half %26 full sheets for my full size oven %26 my 9x13 pans have buikt-in handles) as my regular oven needs repair, so I am using an Emeril Lagasse Dual Zone Air Fryer Oven for my baking %26 air frying needs. The inside is 14"x11.5" so the straight sided 9x13" %26 Quarter Sheet Pans are the perfect size to use with the rack. The NordicWare Quarter Sheets (%26 others) have the rolled rims which prevent warping in the oven. They are a good weight %26 are easy to use %26 clean. The stainless steel is naturally nonstick. I have made many chocolate chip cookies with no spray, parchment or silicone mat %26 they come off the NordicWare pan completely %26 easily every time. I do give the bottom a little spray for cakes/brownies because the box mix says to, but I probably don't have to do it. I have made cinnamon rolls, roasted veggies %26 even a roast in the pans %26 they work well %26 are easy to wash. Just some hot water %26 Dawn dish soap - I did have to put a little water in it to let it soak after the roast juices burnt, but they came off easily after about a 10 minute soak. You could use foil, parchment or silicone baking mats, but you don't have to. I definitely recommend trying any of NordicWare's products - you will definitely get good results %26 quality products.
