Terrible Experience

I was really surprised to find this lip stain on Walmart at such a great price. I didn't realize it was coming from a third party. This item was completely dried out when I received it. Probably had been sitting on a shelf for way too long. I was asked to send it back, which I have done. Now I am waiting for a refund! It appears that once this company receives it back, they have up to three weeks to credit my original payment. Will not be ordering any Jane Iredale products through Walmart again. Lesson learned!!!!
