Easy way to make rock rose tea!
Making rock rose tea is tedious with tea bags, but with this French press, it becomes a simple matter. Use 195 F water (wait for boiling to cease), drop approx 1/-3 cup of bagged leaves (and flower parts) onto the water, and then push the presser down until it touches the mixture. Allow it to steep for 30 minutes, and then slowly push down the press. The tea will be a dark honey color. Works great. Green tea can be steeped in just 5 to 10 minutes.
