I mix it in with my morning coffee and haven't had any issues with it at all. I especially love it for the cold and flu season that is upon us. The powder has a distinct mushroom scent, which is completely expected considering its natural ingredients, and it didn't bother me. I took it consistently as a seasonal course, and for the first time in years, I didn't get sick even once. I usually catch two or more colds every fall due to my naturally weak immune system — but not this season. I'm truly happy with the results. The only downside is that the powder can be a bit challenging to dissolve in water, so it takes some extra stirring. But considering how effective it has been for me, this is a very minor inconvenience. Overall, this powder became a great immune support for me, and I'm extremely satisfied with how well it worked this year.
