Earth Balance Plant Butter Sticks Vegan Plant Based Oil Spread, 16 oz., 4 Count

I use this to bake with, and for putting on toasted flaxseed bread for an applesauce sandwich or flaxseed/chia seed bread for a tomato sandwich. I accidentally discovered the week before last that this works to make a great tasting low-carb falafel. I made myself vegan (except for the organic, cage free eggs) falafel the week before last and it tasted great. I have only eaten falafel twice in my life years ago and liked it, but never attempted to make it, and did not know how. I was actually trying to make something else, but it came out tasting like between a combination of great stuffing and falafel, but much more on the falafel side, and I used mainly coconut flour amongst the ingredients. The taste of this vegan butter really increased the falafel taste for some reason. I realized I can also add tomato sauce to the falafel and put it a stuffed green pepper and bake. This tastes awesome, the stuffed green pepper with falafel and tomato sauce.

This is the best vegan butter for baking. The taste, and texture are great. And the price is excellent! I hope Walmart doesn't fail to have it available.
