Applegate Natural Savory Turkey Breakfast Sausage, 7oz, 10 CT Box (Frozen)

This is my absolute favorite breakfast sausage! The kids and I give it 10/10! We eat it about twice a week. I throw them in the air fryer to cook while I'm making eggs and sweet potatoes for our breakfast bowls. Once everything is done I cut up the sausage, throw them and the over easy eggs on top of the sweet potatoes. Best breakfast ever! It's my kids favorite breakfast bowls.

PROS: --Cleaner ingredients --Great source of protein --Easy to fix, skillet or microwave --Lower fat than other sausages --Great for quick snacking or breakfasts --Excellent by itself or within recipes like casseroles, pizzas, and omelets CONS: --A bit greasy, but sausage tends to be, simply dab with absorbent paper towel after cooking
