Best blue
Moving away from pans containing forever chemical non stick has been a joy with the blue diamond cookware. The eight inch is perfect for the one person who wants their eggs sunny side up, or a single grilled cheese. It might have been more cost effective to purchase the entire set. I purchased my skillets one at a time, and found I really missed the eight inch. The design of the set handles makes them easy to manage and they are comfortably lighter than cast iron. Flipping out that perfectly golden grilled sandwich is a breeze. I'm considering adding another just to expand my breakfast service:)

Eggs do not stick
I bought this primarily for making breakfast -- eggs do not stick. My stainless steel pan was a pain to clean after cooking omelets and I didn't want a non-stick pan with potentially toxic coating. This 8" one is perfect for making omelets, a quick grilled cheese sandwich, or other small meals for one or two busy people who appreciate an effortless cleanup afterward.
