Great Product

I meant to get one of these the last time I went to the store but forgot it. I love this kind of cake pan because it's just the right size, so easy to cook in, then frost in, then cut and serve from. And, it has a lid to store you treat so it will be fresh when you want it, not to mention, the awesome non-stick coating on the pan for easy cooking and serving.

These pans with lids are so useful. I use them for my Lasagna, Spanakopita, Ziti, Mac and Cheese, Baklava and many more dishes I prepare for freezing until needed! The lid fits very tightly -- perfect for ensuring for no spillage during freezing or traveling! They cook well and the non-stick means cleanup is a breeze!
