Hawaiian Dream Coconut Cookies

The simple coconut taste of these basic cookies is really excellent. They really go well with a cup of tea or a glass of iced tea or iced coffee. I also used them to make a pie crust for a no bake coconut pie. They add a wonderfully coconut flavored crust to a coconut ice box pie. I like that they come in 8 packs. Open one and serve and the others stay fresh.
