Fill your clean litter box with 3–4 inches of Fresh Step litter. Pour litter no more than a few inches from the box OR keep the carton close to the box when pouring litter. Litter quickly forms a clump around liquid waste. Remove clumps and solids daily, and dispose of in trash. Do not flush. Add more Fresh Step clumping cat litter to refresh your litter box. Maintain level of litter at 3–4 inches.

Like this litter because it has no scented heavy perfumes which can be harmful to kitty's health. Clumps well and is easy to remove from litter box. If you remove clumps daily and replenish small amount removed. You will find that the litter will remain fresher longer. No foul litter odor. Low dust. Kitty likes it too.
