The size and quantity of the pills are good, but the size of the container they arrived in is exceedingly large, such a waste of plastic. The pills could have easily been shipped/sold in a smaller container. Other than that, I don't have anything else to add.

I have been using this supplement for over a year….at first I questioned myself about trying this thinking???…could this really make a difference in my vision ( I only wear readers, but felt some eye strain at the end of the day)…after about 3 months…I noticed I was feeling a lot less eye strain at the end of the day and were using my readers less! Over 10 years ago, my Eye Doctor said at the onset of macular degeneration, I shoud begin taking an eye vitamin immediate and every day!
